Robert Neil Lackey (1955-2023) was a Primitive Baptist preacher, theologian and historian. He served as pastor for the Welsh Tract Old School Baptist Church in Newark, Delaware. He suffered a fatal heart attack and was promoted to glory on the 26th December 2023.
